While some started sourdough baking and others started beer brewing at home during this pandemic, we started souffle pancaking!
First, we perfected the recipe for the pancakes until they turned out so airy and fluffy it feels like eating clouds. Then, we decided to go a step further and started pairing them with different variations of home-made cream. Dozens of pancakes later, we finally got the perfect combination. And that my friends is how our souffle sandwiches were born!
